My focus is to teach yoga holistically. What does that mean? Most people only know the physical form of yoga. Yoga, however, is a philosophy of life that can help us live happier and healthier lives. In addition to regular yoga classes, I also offer Yoga Workshops and Transformative Workshops.

Private classes

You don't want to practice yoga in a group but individually? Together we will develop a yoga practice that is tailored to your needs.  In one-to-one classes, both yoga beginners and advanced yoga practitioners have the opportunity to practice yoga poses correctly and to get a feeling for the correct execution of the poses.

In addition to individual lessons, I also offer a yoga package. This includes 5 private classes in which I will teach you a yoga sequence tailored to you, which you can then practice independently.
