I focus on teaching yoga holistically—beyond just the physical practice. While many people associate yoga primarily with movement, it is actually a way of life, offering wisdom that helps us live healthier and happier.

In addition to regular yoga classes, I also offer Yoga Workshops and Transformative Workshops, designed to deepen your practice and personal growth.

Prefer a personalized yoga experience instead of a group setting? In one-on-one sessions, we’ll create a practice tailored to your needs. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, private classes offer the opportunity to refine poses, develop body awareness, and deepen your practice.

  • 60 minutes – €80

  • 90 minutes – €100

 

For those looking for a more structured approach, I offer a Yoga Package—five private sessions where I guide you through a customized yoga sequence you can continue practicing on your own.
