I am currently offering the following yoga workshops. 

Yogakurs

 "Yoga Day"

"Mini break for body, mind and soul."

In our western world, the physical form of yoga is predominantly practiced. Yoga, however, is so much more and can not only improve the quality of life, but also the attitude towards life, the attitude towards people, to society, to the work done, etc. Yoga can help us lead happier, healthier, and more contented lives. In addition to physical yoga practice, knowledge is also imparted in this day workshop that helps the participants to understand and apply yoga holistically.

What to expect: 2 yoga sessions (morning Hatha and afternoon Yin Yoga), history of yoga and yoga philosophy, goals and effects of yoga, explanation and practice of the main yoga poses, yoga nidra

Inversion Workshop

"Seeing the world from a different perspective."

Headstands, forearm stands, and handstands are known as inversions. These poses have profound effects not only on the body but also on the mind. They promote circulation, strengthen muscles, and improve balance. At the same time, they foster mental clarity, concentration, and inner calm.

 

Arm balances are poses that challenge our strength, endurance, and coordination. They require a stable foundation and a strong core to maintain balance. These poses help build confidence in one's own strength and deepen body awareness.

Breathwork workshop

"Life is breath and breath is life"

This 3-hour workshop is all about breathing. 90% of people breathe incorrectly these days. The workshop consists of a theoretical part explaining the importance of breathing, incorrect / correct breathing and the effects of optimal breathing. Different breathing techniques are explained and practiced. Following the theory part, we will apply the breathing techniques in a Hatha yoga practice.

Spine Workshop

"The Spine - Foundation of Our Body."

In this 2-hour workshop, everything revolves around the spine and how to keep it healthy.

The theoretical part consists of an explanation of the function of the spine and the different parts of the spine.

In the practical part, I will show you a variety of exercises that are fun and can be integrated into your daily routine.
