Shaking Meditation

Shaking meditation consists of four phases. It primarily serves to reduce stress – stress is essentially shaken off. It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which sends signals to the brain to relax and let go. It activates the lymphatic system, helping our body to eliminate toxins. It is also a technique for releasing negative energy that may be trapped in the body. One feels lighter and more vital. Shaking can bring about an emotional and physical release of tension, stress, and trauma.

Breathwork Journey
"Breathwork Journeys are transformative Breathwork Sessions."
Breath journeys are transformative breathwork sessions. While lying down, participants breathe deeply and strongly in a specific rhythm. This can stop the constant carousel of thoughts and establish a deeper connection with the body. This form of breathing can help achieve a deeper level of consciousness. It promotes emotional healing and supports the reduction of stress and tension. Participants often report a feeling of renewal and inner clarity after a session.
