In a fast‑paced and overstimulating world, these practices support you in relating more consciously to thoughts, stress, and emotions — cultivating greater inner calm and clarity.

Reiki is a gentle method for deep relaxation and energetic support that can help reduce stress and strengthen your inner balance.

Many people experience it as calming and grounding during emotionally challenging or demanding phases of life.

About me

After more than 13 years in an international professional environment — including 7 years abroad — I understand what pressure, change, and high expectations can feel like, both at work and in life.

Today, I combine this experience with holistic coaching and somatic, body‑oriented methods.

 

I support people in navigating stress, transitions, and challenging life phases — not only on a mental level, but also by helping them process emotions and regulate their body.
