I had the pleasure of attending 1 on 1 Hatha Yoga classes and I absolutely love it! This course gave me an individual introduction to the fascinating world of hatha yoga.

 

Carmen was able to focus completely on me and she took my personal needs and goals into account. This allowed me to explore the yoga program at my own pace and I could continuously improve. I felt really supported and encouraged as Carmen was always there to give me feedback and to correct and motivate me.

 

Carmen took the time to explain the basics of yoga to me and taught me the different asanas (postures) and also breathing exercises. My needs and physical conditions were taken into account. It was amazing how fast I made progress and how good I felt about it. The course was also intensive, which I really appreciated.

 

The yoga classes were challenging but in a good way. I could feel my body and mind strengthening and relaxing with each practice. Carmen managed to create a meditative atmosphere of focus and mindfulness that allowed me to fully focus on the moment and let go of the stress of everyday life.

 

In summary, I highly recommend the yoga class. If you are looking for a way to learn yoga at your own pace while receiving individual guidance and support, then this course is for you. The intense experience will empower you physically, calm your mind and help you connect more deeply to yourself. An absolutely recommendable experience!
