About me

My Journey

Hi, I’m Carmen.

After more than 13 years in an international professional environment — including almost seven years abroad — I know the demands, pressure, and fast pace of modern working life from my own experience. My time in South Korea shaped me in particular: high expectations, constant readiness to perform, and the feeling of always having to function. On the outside, many things looked successful. On the inside, I often felt restless, tense, and longing for more calm, meaning, and a deeper connection with myself.

In 2013, I began my NLP training — not with the intention of coaching others, but to better understand myself. This period fundamentally changed the way I think, listen, and communicate. I started to recognize inner patterns more clearly and to resolve things that had accompanied me for many years.

In 2014, I encountered Reiki for the first time — during a phase of inner conflict and deep restlessness. The experience showed me how closely the body, emotions, and inner states are connected. Reiki trainings followed in 2016 and 2022.

Yoga entered my life rather unexpectedly. I simply wanted a break from work. But during my 200‑hour and later 300‑hour yoga teacher training, I realized that I had found a path that truly resonated with me — a path with more meaning, awareness, and genuine connection.

 

Today, I combine coaching, breathwork, yoga, sound, Reiki, and other somatic approaches in my work — because I’ve experienced myself that sustainable change rarely comes from just one method, but from the interplay of different approaches.

Since 2023, I’ve been self‑employed, supporting people through challenging life phases, stress, change, and inner restlessness. I’ve also published a children’s yoga book — now available in four languages — and I regularly host retreats.

My intention is to create a space where people can reconnect with calm, clarity, and themselves.

 

Because each of the methods I work with today have profoundly shaped my own path.

My Approach

Many coaching approaches focus primarily on the mental level.

I intentionally go one step further.

Especially in times of stress, emotional strain, or challenging life phases, understanding things on a cognitive level is often not enough. The body plays a crucial role in how we process stress, regulate emotions, and regain inner stability. That’s why I combine coaching with body‑oriented methods and work holistically — individually tailored to what supports you most in this moment.

Holistic.

Transformative.

Individual.

Depending on your situation, I integrate:

  • Coaching & reflection

  • Breathwork

  • Mindfulness & meditation

  • Somatic, body‑based approaches

  • Additional methods for stress regulation and inner stabilization

 

My approach is not “one size fits all.” Every person brings different experiences, needs, and themes. That’s why each process is created individually — aligned with your current life situation and what you need right now.

 

Sometimes it’s about gaining clarity.

Sometimes it’s about reducing stress or supporting emotional processes.

And sometimes it’s simply about reconnecting with yourself.

My intention is to create a space where sustainable change becomes possible — with more calm, clarity, and a more conscious relationship with yourself.
