About me

After more than 13 years in international professional life — including almost seven years abroad — I know what pressure, change, and high expectations feel like, both at work and in life.

On my own journey, I realized how deeply stress and emotional strain affect not only the mind but also the body.

Today, I combine this experience with holistic coaching and somatic, body‑oriented methods.

I support people in navigating stress, change, and challenging life phases — not only mentally, but also emotionally and physically.
