Reiki treatment
"Everything is Energy"

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing method, (re)discovered by Mikao Usui in 1922 and is based on the idea that life energy (ki, chi, prana) can be transferred by laying on of hands. Reiki charges the body with life energy. The energy automatically flows to where it is needed. Reiki removes blockages, restores physical, mental and energetic balance and activates self-healing powers. Reiki promotes relaxation, harmony and well-being on a physical, mental and spiritual level. A full Reiki treatment covers all of the body's hormonal systems, organs and major energy centers (chakras).

Procedure of a Reiki treatment:
Before we start the treatment, I will get to know you in an interview and you have the opportunity to tell me how you are doing, what is bothering you at the moment, etc.
During the Reiki treatment, I first place my hands on your head, which allows your thoughts to calm down more and more and you can relax more deeply. Afterwards, different body positions are treated by laying on the hands and your natural flow of energy is gradually restored.
After the treatment we can talk about thoughts/feelings that came up during the Reiki treatment.
Reiki session
A session of about 90 minutes includes:

In each session I look at what is suitable for you to find your center again. If necessary, I will be happy to support you with all the tips and techniques I have at my disposal.

Reiki is also possible over a distance, i.e. the person does not have to be present.
